The Whistleblowing System (WBS) is a Violation Reporting system provided by PGN LNG for parties who have information related to indications of violations occurring within the company. Reports can be submitted anonymously (without revealing the reporter’s identity) through the website/portal provided in order to maintain the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity.

Any form of manipulation, falsification, or fraudulent acts that harm the company.
Includes violations of criminal law, taxation, or other regulations applicable to company operations.
Actions that violate business ethics guidelines, work ethics, or company rules and procedures.
Actions that indicate a conflict of interest/attempts to influence decisions for personal gain.
Any actions that have the potential to cause financial or non-financial losses to the company.
